Malcolm Gluck has given his accreditaion to the original wine saver from California. Unlike other wine preservers, Private Preserve does not affect the bouquet or tatse of the wine as it lays down an inert gas blanket which seals the surface of the wine and prevents oxidisation. Each can will preserve approximately 120 bottles and is a must for the wine connoisseur.
