Payment terms

Account customers: Payment strictly 30 days from date of invoice.

All other orders must be paid in full before despatch. Credit application forms are available on request.

Please note: Proformas do not reserve stock. Orders are only processed once payment has been received in full.

All orders are sold subject to terms and conditions. Please see reverse side of order form. Copies are available on request.

How do I pay for my order

All orders, except credit account customers, must be paid in full before despatch. Orders are payable by credit card (visa, mastercard, amex, switch) and BACS payments. We do not accept payments by cheques. Please contact WBC by phone, fax or email to receive bank details.

If you pay by credit card, for environmental reasons we will  send invoices for all credit card transactions via email.

Payment Security

All our credit card transactions both online and mail order are processed by SECPay. SECPay is verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode and is ISOQAR quality assured. This protects both parties from fraudulent transactions..

When you shop with a merchant who uses SECPay you can be assured that your card details are securely encrypted during transport over the Internet so no one can access your card information. The card details are only transported to a Bank to authorise your purchase. .

SECPay meets and exceeds industry security standards and are vetted yearly by the credit card schemes and meet PCI (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) standards and we are also accredited to the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management standards.
